CFe IE 4.0 Folder Icon Wizard lets Internet Explorer users assign different icons to different folders on their desktop.
This utility takes advantage of a new feature in Internet Explorer 4.0 which lets you specify a different icon for any folder on your desktop. You can use icons from ICO, DLL and EXE files. It also comes with a collection of 173 fancy folder icons which you can use to enhance the look of your desktop.
